I originally made this video for my octagenarian grandmother, but so many people can benefit from opening up the body’s bigger joints and freeing up space in the body that I didn’t want to keep it private.

Thanks for this vid I loved it. The only thing I would suggest is that if you're telling us to go left then you need to go right, that way we can mirror your actions like they do in real classes. That way it doesn't get confusing!

I am 66 and looking at spinal fusion surgery as soon as I have surgery for kidney cancer. I really need to get in the best possible shape before the surgeries. This routine has been great for me. I do this routine everyday before I head to the gym (elipical and arms only) and it really helps with back pain and flexibility. Thank you so much for creating a routine that is possible for those with some age or health issues.
