I walk 3-5 miles every single day at a pace of about 3.27 mph. I eat eggs for breakfast, homemade chicken soup (chicken, carrots, celery, leeks, onion, and seasonings), and a lean meat with two to three vegetables for dinner. I've plateued at 42-43% body fat and I've been there for months. Frustrated!

EVERYBODY LISTEN UP!!!!! You can't lose fat in specific areas. You can't do ab excersises and lose fat in your mid section.

This video really doesn't help. Because belly fat still takes longer to leave than other fat when exercising, dieting, and eating right. I'm on a cut for the next couple months, added in 30 minutes of fasted cardio 5 days a week on top of my regular 5(+1) days a week weight lifting sessions. I've cut out all processed food except for whey. Losing my weight, but my belly is taking forever. The only thing I haven't tried is red pepper. I am doing intermittent fasting though.

Bullshit, belly fat is the hardest to lose and 30 minutes walking doesn't do the trick, otherwise you'd see everyone with a 6 pack outside
