She gonna get somebody killed. Drink milk then go hit the gym? Nah fam. Then you didn’t say anything about water intake went straight to gatorade smh “oh it has more electrolytes” idc it has more sugar too gonna crash after that wake up with cramps.

YOU CAN EAT AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE AS LONG AS YOUR DOING ENOUGH EXERCISE TO FEED YOUR MUSCLES YOULL GET BIGGER BUT IF YOUR EATING HEAPS AND NOT DOING ANY EXERCISES YOUR BODY WILL STORE THE FOOD IN FAT CELLS.
ALL FOODS ARE FUEL FOR YOUR BODY IT EITHER USES IT OR STORES IT DEPENDING ON HOW ACTIVE YOU ARE..

Btw if you're going to run especially outside in the heat AVOID MILK or drink it and wait a few hour if you don't you WILL throw up xD I found out the hard way

I’m surprised, Mayo Clinic. Sports drinks have so much sugar in them that they’re too much even for an Olympic athlete. May as well have a soda.

those "sports drinks" are some of the unhealthiest options, the real sports drink is multivitamins with probiotics and fruit shake no adding sugar either.
