I wanted to like this work out but stopped about 6 min in, it's the only popsugar workout I've never completed. The P form we had to keep going back to was just weird. Sadly this was not the workout for me.

This was very awkward. These positions are so new to me so I think this kind of workout would be better in a classroom setting. I feel like I wasn't doing anything right.

Don't sweat like on cardio workouts but have issues with all exercises with standing one one leg. I like idea of involving different muscles but I have severe issues with keeping balance due to the labyrinth not working properly. This cannot be trained

The straight on camera angle made it really hard to understand what she was trying to tell us to do. Showing the positions from different angles would be really helpful.

The advanced woman gets all the praise and the woman who's adapted just gets told to stretch more etc. Nah…I'm all about balance and this doesn't have it in my opinion.

Slow, but, my goodness, intense! I was so out of breath, that for a minute I just really thought I got the virus!
