I have been working out for 6 months now but i don't see much difference.. Maybe it is bcz of my diet pattern .. I eat 4 chapattis total in a day of wheat only and with some sabzi and all and daal thrice a week … In after noon a cup of tea.. And 2 glass of milk in morning and at night and normal chana in after noon a handful only..I don't cut on butter .. Plz revise my diet plan.. A little for me or i won't be able to get results .. Since its quarantine i workout 1 And half hour before i used to do only half hour.. So tell me now
