I’m glad you said that the scale did not budge for a month. Like you, I stopped taking care of myself , not exercising, eating out and constantly in high stress. I was up to my highest ever of 140 lbs, 5’2” in December 2019. I was never over 130lbs in my life before. I want to lose 15lbs. I’m into 3 weeks of eating clean and doing hiit workouts 6 days per week but the scale has not moved! I literally was like I’m not eating anymore and not getting out of bed this morning. I’m so glad I saw your video this morning! I’m going to continue my routine and add another 45 minute workout. Thank you for your honest vid.❤️😘
