Eliminate soda, gatorade, beer, bread, junk food, fast food,
Add low to low/moderate carbs, moderate to moderate/high calories, moderate to moderate/high proprotein diet
zero fried foods
Eat vegetables and fruit, Turkey and chicken breast, bison/elf meat, salmon and or halibut, pink sea salt + mineral water, portion plates are great
Drink oz of water equal to your bodyweight meaning
If you weigh 180 lbs you drink 180 oz of water
Fast once a week for 16 hour
Workout on body weight for a month 3-4 days a week on 2-3 sets per day for moderate reps: if the max reps you can do before failure is say 20 push ups 30 sit ups 8 pulls and cardio for 20 minutes, you do half
Push ups 10, Sit/crunch 15, Pull Ups 4, Cardio 10 mins,
And every 2 weeks you add two to three reps if possible and maintain that for 2-3 weeks
Only weigh yourself twice a month
Get through your first month and check your goal weight, then go another month before you start a "cheat day/cheat meal" but don't cheat with what you used to consume. For me it's donuts and cookies, so I have two cheat days. I have cheat meals
One day: I have a cheat meal, breakfast and dinner which would is cereal for breakfast (healthy lunch) burger or pizza for dinner two weeks later I have a cheat day, I literally have anything I want. For example if I buy a dozen donuts, I'll take one bite from eat donut. This works for me, but the day after my cheat day or cheat meal, I workout harder for personal health and to burn the calories and carbs. I literally have an average body, no six pack, I'm cut but no models body, but I'm fit. I'm 5'5 weigh 165-168 I changed my life after I went to the doctor and weighed 211 and was a smoker. I had enough and used different "diets and worksouts" alternate styles daily and weekly, and before I knew it I was 157 and I was shredded. But that's just me

Khloe eats 7 meals a day .. i did this for a week straight and only put a few meals in of each day to make the video entertaining and not too long!! Enjoy 💃🏼
