I love how this guy pedantically explains that 'muscle does not weigh more than fat' and then proceeds to explain that scales aren't a good measure of progress because building muscle makes you gain weight. People understand that a pound is a pound, meathead. When people say "muscle weighs more than fat" what they mean is exactly what you said, it is more dense, so weight isn't necessarily an indicator of fitness. If you take people who are about the same height and size, the one with more muscle will likely weight more. THAT'S what that means.

All movements are NOT equally good. That claim is patently absurd. Obviously a movement you're willing to do and be consistent with is always better than one that you never do and quit. But let's not pretend that a progressively loaded barbell squat, for example, isn't the best movement to build lower body strength, as opposed to body weight air squats. Yes, your body is a weight, but if you're whole goal is to lose weight then you're literally moving less weight this week than you did last week. You can still lose fat and increase your barbell squat. Please explain how body weight movements of decreasing load are more conducive to building strength than progressively overloaded weight training.

In myth 2, the trainer says "your body is basically consuming itself", explaining why a morning routine is better for cutting down body fat.
In myth 5, the trainer says "cardio doesn't burn fat, cardio burns calories" Calories are a measurement of energy, and guess where unused energy is stored in the body guys! You guessed it. It's stored as fat. He even acknowledges at 2:47 the fact that cardio can burn into muscle tissue if performed excessively.
Two completely contradicting statements.
At 7:03, he says "glycogen is the immediate form of energy for muscle contraction". This is also incorrect. If anything, he is referring to glucose, which is broken down to produce energy. Glycogen is stored in the liver, acts as a storage of glucose, and has to be converted into glucose before it can be used for energy. This is genuinely taught to school children.
By these inconsistencies, I have no reason to believe anything stated in this video is true.
I mean no disrespect to the trainers themselves, but the lack of fact checking on this video is abysmal.
My conclusion – Its 2am and this video is a load of bollocks.

One point of correction. Pink Himalayan Salt is a rock salt, not a sea salt. I am not sure why he is referring to it as a "sea salt." The Himalayas are a mountain region that is nowhere near the sea. The chemical composition of rock salt and sea salt are a little different.

That sweat one is something I've seen. When I was in JROTC, our colonel would literally sweat constantly on a run, even during the winter. He wasn't out of shape or anything, he was just a heavy sweater.
I can only sweat on a hot day, and I'll often be wheezing on the ground before I start getting damp
