Wondering about eating according to body type. I tried what you’re saying on 3 different occasions for 2 weeks to about a month. Only water, veggies, fruit and lean meat. Not only was I bloated, but I gained weight from most likely water retention. We know that veggies and fruit are high in water content. I also struggled with going to the bathroom regularly and had to take MagO7 to help. Ironically, every time I had a starch right after those times were over, I would immediately go to the bathroom and I would see weight lose almost overnight….ranging from 0.6 to 1.8 lbs in just one day. I know cutting starchy carbs and sugar is a healthier way to be. I just think it’s interesting how fruits and veggies and lean meats made me more bloated when I wanted the opposite affect.

Has anybody tried this I have been into boxing and had been doing it for about 4 months but I have had to stop because of quarantine but before and after I started I always looked the same except my strength and muscles were bigger but my belly had always had fat on and I never lost it although I done so much work chest workouts and burpees and push ups everything never lost that belly and I’m not sure why. I don’t look fat in clothes i but when I lift my t shirt up you could say I’ve got quite abit of fat which I can never lose it’s although I’m stuck on this weight and can’t lose only gain anyone have ideas or know why?
