Thank you, thank you for this workout!!! I love the new creative moves and I LOVE the type of workout…cardio, body weight and NOT HIIT!! I’ve exercised all my life (and for YEARS with Fitness Blender!) but at the age of 57 I don’t like HIIT so much anymore…and really it doesn’t feel good for my body as much as THIS type of workout. I ENJOYED this and felt stronger, more energetic and wonderful at the end. (Loved the lawn mower AND all the fun goofing off at the end!). Love you Kelly!

Not only do all these workouts really try you no matter who you are but it really feels like you are there with me helping me, I know we all tap into a workout for the same reason but then we are all having different days that amount to this need to release the negative energy we have… Fitness blender is a guru for that reason

Love these workouts! been doing them more since my gym has been closed. Thanks for the reminders to breathe and to challenge yourself to take it higher intensity with weights. It is too easy to slack off and quit early, so thanks for taking us all the way from start to finish.

I liked it a lot, but the side planks are too hard even modified version and hurt my shoulders. I still revisit this workout but just do something different for those particular exercises.

Really impressive conclusion I have drawn after taking this workout.
It is really cool to have the option to push yourself when you have the feeling that you are still too powerful in the mid of the workout by taking the harder exercises instead of the easier ones. It really makes it more unique and designed on how you feel comfortable.
Actually, I took a mix of 50/50, just every second exercise I took the harder versions and it really made a difference for me, since HITT is too crazy for me and low impact cardio is too weak to get really sweaty. Awesome job!

Exercise cheyumbol enik gas inte oru problem varunnund any suggestions to avoid this and is it common.
This is my routine
25 pull ups ( 5 rep 5 set)
80 Squats (20rep 4 set)
85 push-ups(8 set)
I take 2- 3 min rest btw sets
Squats kazhiyumbo thottu eembakam varan thudangum and a slight pain in chest area due to gas .
exercise cheyunathin 2hrs mumbaan food kazhikkunnat.
I am struggling with this problem
