Hi,i saw others sharing their journey so I thought I'll share mine ๐
I found her exercises right after my Chloe ting's program ๐
Day 1: I ate ramen and sponge cake ik it's unhealthy but I'm gonna change the way I eat… After exercising my stomach felt tight and it was a bit tiring but because I was used to some exercises it wasn't difficult :p

im going to be doing only this workout for the next two weeks. im getting my phone taken so i have it written in my note pad. ill post the updates August 10th! ps. im also going to be drink a gallon of water a day. along with the plank challenge. ill also be eating less portions. i love food but. no pain no gain!

bro all of u must know that u will NOT lose 10kg for a week , especially not w training 5 minutes a day. If that were possible, do you think there would be that many people trying to lose weight for months by spending an hour in the gym every day? Don't make yourself stupid by looking for the shortest way to a flat stomach, do your best and above all arrange that diet ๐

just started this today! i will need a lot of motivation lmao
day 1: i've done a few other workouts today but my neck started hurting a little bit in the beginning but wasn't hurting as bad later on in the vid. abs were burning and legs were too when doing the last few exercises with the ones like scissors and flutter kicks and etc. i had to pause this once to make sure i was doing the exercise right but otherwise i tried to not do any breaks. i did this video once today but will try twice tomorrow.
