As far as I know you should take atleast 200-250 gms of carbs everyday. When you workout your body gets the energy from carbs and fats stored in the body. If you cut down the carbs way too much, your body will start using amino acids which is building block of protein, and you will end up feeling drained during the workout. Hi bro you are right on every part and i watch your videos..but just google that peeled almonds are better as its skin has tannin which is not easy to digest as well as it doesn't let all the nutrients be absorb..so its better to soak them and peeled off. Also, you spoke about milk few days back..but studied a lot about it and A1 and A2 milk protien is still a debating one…so far no studied has proved that A2 milk is better and A1 causes isssues…A1 that causes issue was a samll studies on animals but not on Human..so for human being both milk has equal importance..its just A2 milk has been over hyped and they are almost charging you double.
