Thanks for this. Here's also a 2 minute routine @t that I did just three weeks ago and I keep losing 1 pound a day. It's crazy. I'm inspired to do more. I'm sure to get to to my target waistline in just a couple of weeks more.

Great ideas, but it would have been better if all the exercises showed real people doing them. Some not demonstrated were hard to figure out, and if it's too hard or complicated, we're not going to do it. Thanks.
