Losing weight can come down to some really simple things that people often overlook, like drinking water! Water is absolutely essential to your overall health and can completely make or break your weight loss endeavors. If you’re not drinking enough water, you can basically forget about losing weight. Honestly! This is one thing you MUST get down! Forget the whole “8 glasses of water” deal, you need more than that! I drink at least a gallon of water of day! If you’re someone that has been slacking on your water intake, you’re truly missing out on the benefits of water! Once you replenish your system, you’ll quickly be shedding water weight within the first week!

I'm no expert but i know if you count your calories each day you can eat what ever you want and fast ,and don't forget to exersise such as cardio hipe this works for some ppl out there

I wish I had find out the “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a long time ago. I shed 12 lbs in three weeks up to now. Naturally I work out a few times a week, and also eat healthy. It showed impressive outcomes for me. I certainly highly recommend the product, hope it works as good for you since it does for me. .

I became so excited to try the diet program “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it). I didn`t modify my diet plan and didn`t increase my exercise level. Over a period of 30 days, I shed about 6 pounds. The strategy has allow me to ate less and becoming full is a lot quicker. .

All you have to do is have at least 70g of protein, max 800 cal, and under 30 carbs a day…by doing this i have lost a pound a day but on the first day i lost 2-3 . I have done it for 6 days and i have lost 8-9 pounds. It works for me cuz i couldnt find anything for me to lose weight… Hope it works for you. Have a nice day.

IT WORKS GUYS! What I do is I drink one gallon of water + for every 15 lbs I’m overweight I drink 8 more oz! I of course have a clean diet and workout. But I’ve lost 12 lbs in 13 days
