Can anyone recommend the amount of reps/how many sets of reps and weekly schedule to do these?
This looks like a perfect routine for me. Not looking to get jacked, just want to tone things out as my job isn’t very physical anymore and has made me lazy over the years. Have a weight bench and dumbbells so this is perfect.

Ok but what rep range is most optimal ? I been doing 3 sets of 10 with 45seconds of rest in between sets is that good?

I welcome you warmly. Could you answer some questions because I don't know.
1. I am obese, I have a balanced diet from a dietitian. Can I do these exercises shown in the video on these 7 exercises? Of course with more reps?
2. Can these 7 exercises in the film be done for many years or until the end of life progressing?
3. Are these 7 strength exercises in the video enough to build a body?
I am not a bodybuilder, I train only for myself, I come from Poland from Europe. Best regards, please answer my questions.

chin ups develop lats more than pull ups

fyi while you are also engaging your biceps during a chin-up it is not true that doing so replaces your lats being engaged. A chin-up still engages your lats as well.

Hi guys!! I went for an MRI on my lumbar spine, then I got to this neurosurgeon and he said I have a herniated disc AND I'm a possible candidate for surgery. He gave me 4 types of pills to take for 2 weeks and after this time I'm supposed to go back and SEE WHAT HAPPENS. what is this???? I feel like he didn't even care about me. I don't even want to take the pills. What do you think?

Seated
1:42 Seated Raise your Arms, lower your Arms while Breathing and Squeezing the Shoulder Blades together.
2:30 Hit the Road Arms 90° Abducted then Rotate Up/Down (Outer and Inward Rotation) 3:01 Down. At least 5 Reps 3:25 3 Haleluhja Stretch. Hands Behinde the Head or over the head and stretch backwards against the Chair. Extend Chest. 4:25 Manual help with the fist
4:40 Chin Tucks yes again 5:00 help with the hand.
5:16 (5:40) Neck extension, try to go futher and futher slowly without pain. Inspiration while extending helps.
Best done standing / Chest – Shoulder – Neck
6:20 Alternative Chest Stretch 6:35 Alternative Chest Stretch against the wall
6:50 Snow angle, chiropractitians hate those 🙂
7:05 Arm/Shoulder Extension with Cheststretch. Comine with little massages for the chest
7:31 Neck Stretch/ side bends 8:10 with sligh help of the Hand whilst the other is fixated at the chair / table.
Best done standing / Hips – Lower Back – again Chest
9:09 Hipflexor Stretch, Pillow for the Knee is very helpful.
9:35 Back Extension
10:20 Doorstretch Arms are placed on the side of the Door, Chest / Torso leans forwards. Works for the Coner as well (10:46)

I learned some new exercises from this video. I try to stretch at work when I can. I agree that bad posture can make you look worse.
