10 Simple Exercises To Lose Weight At Home

As usually, they’re all body-weight and don’t require a gym or special equipment – just some space for you to move.

doing this just a moment ago and my body weight is 56kg. well i don't really mind if im not losing weight, not because i don't want to, but it's good to keep moving whole body due to corona virus. well i'll keep update everyday, maybe to tell the differences i feel not see ๐ and i don't think these exercise is really hard tho

I started yesterday and I promise I will keep you updated
my starting weight: 59kg
day 1: it was hard but I did it
day 2: it easier than yesterday but ofc no results yet
day 3: I feel more energetic than yesterday but still no change
day 4: it definitely feels easier but no major results
