I can confirm that spot-training does not work. I've been training one arm for a couple decades now and they both look the same.

I actually decided to lose fat. My mind and body are working together and I'm down to 14% body fat without exercise or real diet. Placebo? Don't care, it's working.

Each time I wanted to lose weight I just stopped eating. At most, for a week. Ten days tops when eating only nuts, almonds and cashews, but just a couple of each per day. Never, in any case, stopped having as much regular Pepsi as I wanted, I just can't stand diet or sugarless crap, or Coca Cola either because it makes my stomach burn. So no magic, no idiots in labcoats, wanna lose weight? Stop eating for a short while. Did this four times in five years. For the record, I'm 6' tall. Went from 98kg to 86kg in 7 days (stress from divorce helped here, so this one NOT adviced), 96 to 88 in same time, 102 to 92 in 10 days, and the last one, two months ago, again, 102 to 95 in a week. Down to 91 now and comfy. Just stop overeating, will you? 🙂

Lol, Jeremy Either says training abs helps reducing fat. Your low body is ready for burning and doing cardio after this is a good idea.
