Some of the stuff I see on rings even basic look like will fuck anybody up without decent flexibility, specially on the dismount. It reminds of the shoulder pain Uchimura has. All these years scared of his shoulder ruining his record and now he's trying to recover from the ankle. Sad shit… I miss him.
subscribed man…Hey Sid..just curious to know how many days per week gymnast trains generally? …..ur videos r worth watching….the video editing, music, the text of instructions, content everything is good …nice job….the best thing for me from your video is the routine which u suggest like how many sets, reps, how many days etc….keep up the good work……best wishes from India.
So you do these leg lifts BEFORE V sits and L sits…does this give you more compression? Are you not taxed (muscles sore) after doing these, or how long do you wait after doing Leg lifts to do elevated V sits and L sits?
Hi Sid, are you doing these exercises like leg lifts and muscle ups daily even if you are sore from them? Or is your body used to them and you don't feel any pain the next day? I' m asking because I do handstands and also I'm working on my presses every day, but I considered exercises like muscle ups and leg lifts as a exercises with more tension and I wasn't doing them more than 3 times per week because of muscle pain. Should I start doing them daily even if I will feel pain at the begining, to strenghten it? How many sets or reps of these daily do you recommended?
Hi, I'm a new sub! I like your videos! I've been doing bodyweight training for the last 8 months. I noticed great improvements; however they are mainly strength gains, while flexibility and mobility still need a lot of work. So I particularly appreciate your videos about those topics; I'll be sure to integrate some exercises in every workout! I'm curious, how many years have you been training to get to you level? Do you work out every day? How many hours a day?
