WEEK COMPLETED!
My final results were incredible, thanks Lucy!!! π
Day 1: I actually got quite puffed, haha π I thought it was a great little workout! Perfect amount of time for me while my baby keeps herself occupied beside me π
Diet:
I am eating more fruit and veg to fill me up instead of naughty things π
Day 2: Actually felt a little sore! Did another 7 minute workout and tried the 4min arm workout as well!
Day 3: I did the 7min work out and the 4min arm workout as soon as I woke up in the morning. Was going to try and do the workout again in the afternoon but had a very active day and was pretty tired and still a little sore. Haha!
Day 4: Did the work out twice today, once in the morning and again in the afternoon and I had a look at my measurments just for fun and lools like I have lost 1/2 inch off my hips and 1 inch off my waist! Exciting! And I have managed to eat healthy with only a couple tiny treats haha π
Day 5: Did the work out twice today!
Day 6: Did the 7min workout and the 4min arm workout. Feeling stronger!
Day 7: Still feeling motivated and am watching what I eat, trying not to have too many snacks. π I did the 7min workout twice today and the 4min arm workout, it is starting to get alot easier and I'm not as puffed as I was in the beginning.
Final result:
Managed to loose 2.5inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips!!! Also I lost 4.2kg! Woohoo
Conclusion:
These quick but effective workouts easily fit into my busy daily schedule! I feel so much more motivated and confident! I hope to continue to watch what I eat and do this workout at least once a day and continue to loose weight and inches off my body! Brilliant!

As I was attempting to do this exercise my kid sister interrupted and made a comment about how I wouldnβt be able to reach my goal. So of course, that only encouraged me more. Iβm going to be following this video for the next 2 weeks.
Day 1-
My current waist: 31 in
Hips: 41.5 in
Weight: 153 lb.
Because Iβm short, my weight doesnβt distribute evenly and I kind of resemble a compressed Vienna sausage.

It's really working
Today is my 9th Day I regularly do this excercise plus I do arm and leg 7 min workout daily I do almost 30 min

2 days in and a huge difference noticed I highly recommend this. Not even on a diet Iβm just eating less and a little healthier

Iβm going to try and update you all each day!
Day 1: I felt ok, really out of breath, but that just always how I get. I ate what I normally eat.
Day 2: EVERYTHING HURTS but I pushed through! I am also doing this thigh workout along side THIS one. Also, Iβm drinking a SlimFast shake for breakfast, and whatever my mom made for Lunch.
