And if someone is not able to perform deep squats? Would you mind making a video for beginners mobility? I had both knees injury and lost strength on my legs, also in my core, for long time I had to stop exercising and put weight on (my midsection especially) I still have muscle mass but my body tends to struggle in losing weight (when slim I am lean athletic, I am also tall) since always. Since putting on weight I sometimes suffer lumbar pain and lumbarcruralgia/femoral nerve pain…I have lots of muscular tension and I want to start little by little with mobility exercises. I do fast walking almost everyday (6km in 1 hour) but would love to strengthen my back and core since I know the pain and inflammation is due to having lost muscle tone there.
I go to the osteopath once a month but I would love to follow a video routine with correct exercises in order to avoid mistakes. Thank you in advance for your reply, I look forward to it. Have a good day.

Was sind die Quellen für Eure Ratschläge in diesem, wie ich finde gelungenen, Video?
Hintergrund: Ich bin neulich auf dieses Video (siehe Link) gestoßen, was u.a. EXAKT die von Euch vorgeschlagenen Übungen und "Maßnahmen" beschreibt. Das kann ja kein Zufall sein oder?

Ich mag Eure beiträge sehr und finde, dass Sie sich durch einen sachlichen und i.d.R. etwas wissenschaftlicheren Stil von der Menge abheben. Nun hat es mich dann aber gesagt doch gewundert, dass ich exakt gleiche Inhalte in einem sonst komplett anderem Video/Channel finde.
