So we just target each muscle with these 6 and that’s it? This won’t help, we need actual follow along videos where you show us how you actually got that flexible. Ive been stretching for years and that shit doesn’t work

What I find funny is I can do all of these comfortably except splits and toe touch. People keep banging on about how everyone should be able to touch their toes but it's bullshit. This guy can reach his toes without hardly bending his hips/back at all. Must be nice to have such long arms/torso compared to legs. I have to fully fold my body in half at the hips to even reach my ankles so I fail to see how that's an "inflexibility" problem…
