Body Transformation Motivation –
This is what worked for me. Will it work for you? Chances are yes but we’re all slightly different so don’t expect the exact same results. But also remember to be honest with yourself. Don’t skip two or three things on this list and then complain you can’t seem to see results. It’s going to take doing all these things to find success.
Number one – find a TDEE calculator online using Google search.
Number two – pick a goal.
Number three – find your macros.
Number four – Find a calorie and macro tracking app.
Ok, number five – STAY CONSISTENT.
Let me repeat that: STAY CONSISTENT.
Number six – Find a good workout routine.
Number seven – take progress pictures.
Ok, that wraps up the guide. Is it simple? Definitely. Did I cover everything? Absolutely not. I could easily make a two hour video on calories alone but I wanted a very simple guide which wasn’t overwhelming. Why? Because the goal is getting you onto the road to transforming yourself, not holding your hand the entire way. Will it be tough? Yes. Will you probably want to give up a time or two. Yes. But remember: if it was easy, everyone would be doing it. Ask yourself how bad you really want this. Do you want to transform yourself or do you just want to tell yourself you’ll transform yourself someday. Hell no. Get up, start kicking ass and make it a reality. If I did it, I sure as hell know you can too. The Buff Dudes believe in you.

Ok calendario de Julio ya trabajando y recomendado los retos de 14 o 7 días son brutales se ven los resultados full rápidos e intensos. Una combinación de ambos es bestialmente efectivas #VamosPorMas #GraciasVivi

Vivi estuve siguiendo también a fausto turbo pero te soy sincera me gustas más tu vas al grano fausto habla mucho y no me gusta tus rutinas son guau hoy hice el calendario de el mes de Julio tocaba brazos y espalda y en vez de hacer los dos lik repetí lo de brazo y espalda guau me encanta me quedo con tigo VI a otro y no me mola tu me gustas por que no dejas que descanses mucho los músculos solo el tiempo necesario jjjj🤸♂️🤗🤗🤸♂️🤗🤸♂️🥰 saludos desde España 🇪🇦🇪🇦🇪🇦🇪🇦

Hola viví yo hace poco terminé de hacer la rutina del martes del mes de julio y me encanta!!poco a poco voy viendo cambios aunque a mi cuerpo parece que le cueste más, soy mamá de 2 niños y supongo que un cuerpo de mamá cuesta tonificar más o quiero ir demasiado rapido😁. Saludos desde España!!😘

A lot has been going on these past couple months on a personal level for me – Marriage, kid on the way, a big move…and in the process is was REALLY hard to keep a consistent schedule. I started working out in quarantine, its been almost 4 months now, i have no intention on going on a diet, i dont eat junk food (well, i cant due to quarantine) but i do eat bread, flour in general, and use a bit of sugar in my daily basis, i already saw aa huge improvement, im 185cms tall, i started at 87kg and im at 92kg right now, reduced a huge portion of my belly fat in like 2 months, but after that it seems its not going to reduce any further , im guessing its due to my diet, but im good with the results, i only have dumbells (2 8kg each, and other 2 1kg each) so i have to work with that and bodyweight… The only problem i have is that i suffer from back pain due to my triple herniated discs and also an overbone in my hips (right side) so there are some exersices im not sure i should be doing, i cant pay for a personal trainer and gyms are all closed so there is also that, i try to avoid jumping and heavy hits and overall much movement when doing crouching exersices but mayhe i should start doing something light to strenghten the area.

Great video. So motivating, thank you sir. With Keto, I don't need to count my macros. The weight just fell off before I got on the scale. Just wow! Before Keto I was running like a mad man and the scale wouldn't budge. Now I'm still on Keto, but my muscles are building will all the protein intake also. Please I learned to cook. Man this is life changing for me.

I abandoned calorie tracking apps because by making me chase a daily goal they not only made me finish half a plate of food after I was full with the first half, I've had entire meals when I wasn't hungry. The irony of that is that I'm 44 pounds overweight, and a supposed diet makes me eat more than I want to…

Real talk, for that last photo in your progress pics were you cutting water to look more shredded? I think it would be disingenuous to say you counted calories and got ripped if you didnt talk about tips like cutting water out to take a nice photo
