Just did the fit over fifties which was fun but it suddenly ended after about 22 minutes when it should have been longer. Perhaps you could check it? Thanks from England anyway for all your routines!

Love the exercises for oldies, agree with the comment exercise in gym cuts off before the end and I miss cool down

This is a great work out for me. I've been trying to find a virtual exercise routine that I can be consistent with, and this works for me. The only problem is that it ends abruptly without a cool down period. The total time is 22:09, so the cool down and stretch should start at maybe 21:00.

Great exercise video for my beginner status. Started walking about a month ago. Now up to 3 miles per day / 5 days a week, but was looking for an exercise video for women over 50. I had to stop at 12 minutes in though. I think I will try to increase my time by 5 minutes each time I do it, but I guess for now at least I'm up & moving!!! I enjoyed it though : )

Jenny maybe you should also make such excercise videos for kids of age group 8-11.
