Gonna try and do this everyday and update you guys! I set a reminder on my phone so I’ll actually update everyday lmao
Day 1: (Did 1x) Honestly wasn’t too bad. The plank felt like forever and the leg drops suck so much but other than that it wasn’t terrible! I can tell my legs are going to be a little sore tomorrow though. Also did a 3 minute arm workout.
Day 2: (Did 1x) I actually didn’t feel sore today. The leg drops and plank still suck. Feeling good though!
Day 3: (Did 1x) Leg drops have gotten easier! I hope the plank gets easier soon too. I feel like I can tell a slight difference in my lower belly fat but maybe it’s just me??
