I work out to free YouTube videos and I have a mirror next to my tv. Lol

Probably Apple watch is not accurate, they calculate the calories based on the # of heartbeats. (1) Your Apple Watch cannot know the heartbeat accurately sometimes. Also, even if accurate # of heartbeats, the calories on Apple Watch would not be accurate. For example, if you do weight training, your heartbeat is not so fast but you are burning calories more. Apple Watch cannot know what kind of workouts you are doing. It can only give you a general ballpark based on your current heartbeat based on your normal heartbeat. At least, that is my theory based on some 5 minutes of googling.

Hey Shelby, thanks for the insightful video. Of your friends who work out, how many of them do you think would also prefer going back to the gym vs. buy a mirror? Who do you think would benefit most from the mirror? Thanks, Jesse

Why is it with every single workout thing on TV it’s supposed to be about people losing weight and staying in shape why is it that they always show 120 pounds soaking wet women or 155 soaking wet men.

Did you get it for free for recommending in on YT? Or did you really pay $1500 out of pocket? It seems like you're not only paying a lot for essentially a TV and a mirror, but also for classes that are for free on youtube. I do yoga on YT and there are a billion people that do yoga classes for free.
I can see just buying a long mirror for like $50 and just watching youtube videos on a wall-mounted TV. Also, you seem to be forced in front of this mirror which looks like 2-3' wide. So that kind of limits your mobility.
Seems like a huge gimmick, but that's what exercise equipment is. They show a commercial and it looks so cool. You see the person on a stationary bike and imagine that's you. Then it sits in a room with clothes drapped over it. Never used.
I have a much cheaper solution if you want to exercise. By a $20 jump rope. Get outside and have some fun.

The mirror is too gimmicky. I'll stick with the free workout videos on YouTube.

Interesting gadget . However, I agree that $40 is way excessive, not counting that now Lululemon has direct advertising into your home.

So you could just buy the mirror then stream the free YouTube videos instead of their overpriced clases ?

all these things that get into your home and lock you in from the world, work from home , have friend meet ups online at home, shop from home. No give me a gym with classes serious weights both the cabled kind and free, people to talk to instructors to ensure I am keeping good form.
Being part of a social real life place to thrive in and then go home to enjoy returning to my lovely home. The cost is eyewatering and you will be giving this company a whole load of stats about your and your lifestyle to sell. This notion of not having enough time too do anything for yourself outside of your home and work, selling time is now a commodity. Nah real world for me please.

If you break the "Mirror", will you get 7 years of bad luck?? Just wondering??
July 14th, 2020 at 12:38 pm
Just buy a pair of nice running shoes for $150. Should last 6-9 months.
I just saved you $1350 plus monthly fees. Also, get a nice outfit to wear!!! LOL!!

Yes! She definitely needs a bigger bedroom. And this is all pre-pandemic. It also sounds like she has no kids. No babysitter to pay for.

I hate your wall.
July 14th, 2020 at 2:17 pm
Have you tried peloton? It’s better than the mirror with a lot more options.
