Thank you I needed this, I’m a cross country and long distance track runner, and I always need to stay in tip top shape in order to get better or to do my best. But about a month and a half ago, I kept having a stabbing pain on my left shin, and after a month I got diagnosed, and it turns out I have a stress fracture. And I haven’t ran since that month and a half. This will help me get back in shape, and get me ready for cross country this year (in august)

I love these short workouts! I try to watch 2-3 of them at a time and it makes a 40 min workout feel quick! I better be ripped after this quarantine.

I loved this workout! Since I live in an apartment, I can't jump so I really appreciate this apartment friendly workout. I would love to see more apartment friendly workouts because some of us do not have the luxury of being able to jump and get crazy haha

loved this – good pace, good exercises, good challenge. I'm definitely sweating! for some odd reason, it helps that there's nothing distracting around you (clean environment) perhaps because mine is messy atm
