One of the best! Thank you for not having super loud crappy background music. Bonus points for reiterating the importance of nutrition as ab workouts do very little to create a caloric deficit.

This is just too consistent and non-stop. Normal people will feel very exhausted, breathless and feel like giving up once they do it!!

I know this video is super old but thank you so much for posting this Rebecca. Its my favorite 10 minute ab workout. I use this as a base to my ab workouts at the gym twice a week and then either before or after I throw in a couple of addition sets of other ab excersies. I've been using this video for almost 2 years and even though I have it memorized I still put it on everytime lol. None the less I have definitely noticed a MASSIVE change in my core. Thank you!
