Like the exercises but i put you on mute. You talk to much over the 20 minutes. Its a lot, you can do this in less than 15 minutes.

You can actually get the app is more easier. You should download the app called ( work out for woman ) it tells you the steps easier and faster you actually lose weight really fast . I'm so happy I got that app

Wow I slowly increase the amount from
one set of squats, leg lift and mountain climber.
To now I could do till 12mins with the breaks I did Russian twist. With 4kg weights.
