I have loved every moment up to this point. I have a great objection to the advice of “see your doctor first” advice. Mostly because not all doctors are as open minded and knowledgeable as you Mam.
Most doctors worldwide, with their prehistoric and outdated knowledge of cholesterol and adherence to plant and carbohydrates based diets, their self absorbed ego’s and fat wallets from big pharma, sugar and big food industry, are all to happy to put millions of people at risk for the sake of billions of dollars of profit from sick people.
There is no money in healthy people. Make them sick, by bad advice from government, based on and in cahoots with crooked (sponsored by sugar industry etc) scientists cherrypicked “research “, then sell them products like insulin and statins at great expense to make them even sicker and then put them in hospitals where the thriving on innocent people continue unabatedly etc. etc.
Unfortunately most doctors are like politicians, which you know when they lie, usually when their lips move and they are only in it for the money, and not the well-being of the country or its people. Politicians and doctors don’t care, or this would never have become such a big issue, even world wide. Just in America 52% diabetic or pre-diabetic, it’s paramount to democide where money spent in such a fashion could have been much better utilised in taking care of the 40 million plus people living under the breadline in the USA.

Just found you and I am very impressed, a lot of people recommend Keto but I always have some doubts re their qualifications, not that there is anything different here but you have the qualifications to back up what you are saying with studies…..and you are board certified….I am not Type 2 diabetic or pre diabetic…yet…..but getting close to pre diabetic, time to get serious…..I have started Keto but not with 100% effort, and already seeing some changes for the better by cutting back carbs, having trouble eating the kale etc, changing the palate/taste is not easy, giving up sugar and carbs was the easy part…..compared to eating Kale/Broccoli/Brussel sprouts/cabbage etc it still tastes YUK….but hey a small price to pay to live forever!

My question is:
If KETO is so dangerous as you say. Did those “Tribes” you mentioned have “Doctors” to monitor their diet and health as they grew up healthy eating a KETOGENIC diet❓

I volunteer at some of these long trail races (50 and 100 miles) in Oregon. It would be interesting to get biomarkers as some of these runners run. (assuming it is not too time consuming) Like does it change over the course? aid stations are typically 10 miles apart.
