i am proof of this! i was on textbook perfect keto, only lost 5 lbs, fat burns way slower than carbs so if u eat tons of fat u never get to burn the fat on ur body. lowfat high carb like raisin bran with fatfree milk for breakfast wait 6 hours no snacks, one chicken breast with fatfree cottag cheese and peas, dinner whole wheatpasta and 4% ground beef and low fat marinara sauce. i lost 100 lbs in less than a year, no exercise, im insanely healthy

Nonsense. Small study. Two weeks only. Only 30% reduction in carbs and fat. Other larger studies show cardio better with low carb than low fat. Author of study says fat clogs the heart with fat. Contradicted by many other studies. Bad science. Bias author.
