Do you have a video on snacks? Do you do any snacking, and what do you snack on if so? I do a few (could do more) of the things you recommend, but I find it difficult to not eat eat something in between meals. Any tips would be great! 🙂

My healthy tip is oat bran to make porridge first thing in the day. Instead of porridge oats which are rougher and tough on the system, and I use a mix of water and lactose free milk around 3 parts liquid to one part oat bran.. Bananas and nuts or berries and a touch of honey on top can be great. I also batch hard boil eggs and they keep for a few days, I have one with my coffee later in the morning. The muffins are super for a touch of carbs.

It would have been better if I found out this “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a few years back. I lose 12 pounds in three weeks up to now. There is certainly still need of physical exercises even only a few times a week and also the food to have should be best. The effect shown to me is astounding. I absolutely suggest the product, hope it works as great for you as it really does for me. .

It would have been better if I found this unique “Yamzοkο Weebly” (Google it) a few years back. I reduced 12 lbs in 3 weeks up to now. There is certainly still need of exercises even only a few times weekly and also the foods to nibble on must be best. The effect shown to me is wonderful. I undoubtedly recommend the product, wish it works as great for you as it really does for me. .

I cut out all whites too. Why did you give up dairy?. The muffin you mentioned seem to be a good option for carb intake. I want to try that earth balance butter. I eat the happy eggs too.

Great video, You really helped me realize I am eating too much. I try to eat healthy but the Intermitten plan would be a good plan for me. However, I get up early so will adjust the time frame.
