I sent you a video that will help people have an easy routine. To help them get to that healthy level feeling. You are right about the food. We are what we eat. Please look at my routine. before you dismiss it. It is easy and it works. Please help me get America fit. Thank you. My workout can burn up to 2 pounds a day( when you have done them for a couple weeks). If you want to speed thing up do it in morning and afternoon. Just 3 sets. I promise it works. People will thank you later. I know it.

Im not an expert but 2-3km swim is a damn long distance to swim, for me at least. I can manage 1.2km now and in lots of 300m freestyle (4x300m) with a 1min breather between them. I measure my pulse between 160-170 bpm after each 300m and I go as fast as I can. If I swam further Id probably be unable to wake up for work the next day which is already a struggle. Am I doing this wrong?

Ive been swimming 1km a night 5 times a week for 12 weeks and I feel tired as hell.

@joshua61991 I don't even eat pasta anymore. I picked up whole grain pasta once and when I was eating it I was like "damn this tastes like shit" sOo I don't eat white bread or pasta anymore!!
