I eat extremely clean and in moderation, exercise regularly, and still can't lose the 20 lbs I gained from drinking. I'm getting seriously annoyed.

I have to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish I had seen this video before. Ive already heard about empty calories, bad chemicals etc etc but never actually took it seriously until my body stopped growing. I dont need that much energy but still cant satisfy my hunger. I went through lot of phases of overeating then starving then healthy "diets" which Ive been doing pretty well for awhile then due to stressful life stopped caring about food at all and now im back to overeating wondering why cant I keep my "cheat meals" under control. It really changes my mindset and attitude when you adress these problems through your videos on such a logical, simple yet scientific way, explaining the entire mechanism. You make me look upon processed food with the pure disgust and whats more important with comprehension so that there is NO WAY i can convince myself to eat it. Im working out every day, I desperately need to eat well to meet that chemical demand and yet I always end up feeling hungry (although I just had half a jar of damm nutella!?!?!) because all I was feelimg guilty about in the end of the day was that total energetic demand. Thank you so much for helping me change my say of thinking and making me start reading product labels when grocery shopping… and the best thing is i dont need a cheat meal anymore . Thank you so much. Knowledge is the best weapon to see through fake food and avoid being "seduced" by its fancy appearance. So eye-opening.

hi… can you do a video on thyroid issues? I've been asking the doctor to help me but he just keeps telling me to loose weight. I'm trying but it never goes away. No matter how much time I spend at the gym eating the trainers "clean" diet. I would really appreciate some more information on this dysfunction in my body so I can take the right steps to correct it. Maybe if I understood what was happening I could do better at caring for myself. Thanks for all I've learned from you so far!

I know this is correct as I have always maintained a healthy weight and eaten fresh, unprocessed food. Very well explained, hopefully people will wake up to processed foods and start eating as we did 50 years or so ago.
