So oats are used for energy and won’t be stored as fat as long as you’re not over consuming? And if weight training, they’ll go to muscle first if you do have excess amount?

Man if yall wanna lose weight FAST its all about fasting and keto. Litteraly its crazy how fast you lose weight (scary almost). You prob will lose weight on this diet (i mean any diet you will prob lose weight). But I can 100% say that goin on keto , you will lose weight way faster. Personally I lost around like 30 lb in 2-3 months, and hell yeh thats with cheat days lol, imagine without those days.

She an idiot , but that doesn't surprise me in the least as i see these types of people every day in asia .
This is how stupid they are , their own road death toll is 3 time higher per population than than my own country so why would you take any nutritional information from a race of people that don't even have the basic intelligence to drive properly.
