I really wanna lose weight, I'm 17 and already 265 pounds and I hate it 😥😖. My school is canceled until September so I finally have the time to work on myself. My goal is 210-225. I'm gonna be starting tomorrow and I plan to do my best! I tired of not liking myself because of how I look and how it makes me feel. I'm gonna try what you are saying in this video! Wish me luck! i am considering starting jumping rope everyday, 40 min everyday, because i find this is fun! ( specially now that ice skating hall is closed due to coronavirus)!! but my concern is getting huge calf muscles! does anyone know if girls will get big calves from this? or is it just until all the fat is gone? thank you sweeties:) so my plan is, im eating 1200 calories, so i will burn 300 calories from jumping rope, that equals 900 calories! height is 158 and weight 56 kg!:)

You guys in the comments who are under 16, please do not diet unless your doctor recommends it, you are still growing and dieting is unhealthy for you mentally and physically

Taco Bell= diet fast food, got full off of 450 calories there, I get a meat free option than reduce or get rid of the sour cream and cheese, still tastes amazing
