I was fed up with being unhealthy and decided to change my life, and 4 years later it’s crazy that I’m finally here and making this video to share to everyone. I remember envisioning this moment whenever I felt discouraged or unmotivated with my weight loss journey… Honestly guys, if I can do it, YOU CAN!!! Don’t let anyone OR yourself keep you away from your goals and dreams. There’s so much more I could share but this video would be a billiofwniofjaeiofjw minutes long haha, so I’ve narrowed it down to 10 super easy tips to get you to lose weight and keep it off! I followed these tips when I was losing weight, and still continue to follow them to this day. This is a lifestyle change and not a quick fix, but it’s the only way you’ll be able to get rid of your weight and keep it off. I promise if you make these changes to your life, you will see a change in your body. 🙂
Just wanted to put a disclaimer as well: Weight is a really complex thing, and you could be unable to lose weight for a certain number of medical reasons.. soo this might not work for everyone.

My 10 rules to losing weight…
1. Eat at home (Cheaper than going out)
2. Read Nutrition Facts on every product (Know what your putting in your body)
3. Drink a lot of water (Will fill you up so you'll eat less when you eat your meal)
4. Drink tea (Speeds up metabolism so you'll burn more)
5. Eat often in a day (4-6 times a day. Eating less will store fat)
6. Don't over eat in one sitting (Light meals each time)
7. Eat fruits & vegetables (Healthiest food on the plant)
8. Eat fiber & lean meat (Makes your crap and builds muscle)
9. Exercise, Exercise, Exercise (Sweat that fat off)
10. Sleep Well (Recharges your body)

So far I’ve lost 21 pounds in 3 months. Did you lose breast fat? I’ve thought about getting a breast reduction but then i started my weight loss journey. I’m hoping to lose more fat from my breasts. Do you have any advice or tips to lose breast fat? I gained all my weight in my thighs, stomach, neck, face and breasts.

I’m 12 turning 13 in December. I’m 4’3 and 90 pounds. I know it’s not that much but since I’m short I just look fatter. Also being short is not fun and I’m in middle school. It kinda sucks. Anyway I also couldn’t where something that I really wanted to. So imma start ❤️❤️ wish me luck ❤️❤️

Hey you might not see this but I have a few questions what do you recommend for a teen female that is 16 on the Seventeen trying to lose weight I am a hundred and 45 lbs I'm trying to get to 120 I'm 5 foot 3 if that gives you any idea I'm kind of bigger if that makes sense I don't know I'm going to try it to write down like a motivation thing trying to get myself motivated to do things

I’ve lost 30 pounds and still have 50 to go. I’m now 165 pounds. I once promised myself I would never go pass 200 pounds and I want to keep my promise. My highest was 195 and I want it to stay like that. I don’t ever want to live in this body again.
