My trick to lose weight was downloading an app called "Lose It!" (Free) and eating between 700-1000 calories a day, drinking apple cider vinegar (watch a tutorial on how to make an apple cider vinegar drink cos drinking it by itself can be very harmful) and im skeptical but i have faith in thinking subliminals work so yeah ive lost up to 9 pounds a week

Sir i have a doubt .. if I'm doing an intense workout and BMR comes out to be 2500 calories.. and with exercise i burn 500 calories.. so do I need to take fewer calories in diet also to lose weight? But reducing calories in diet will also cause weakness..and i wouldn't be able to workout with such low calorie intake.. please clear my doubt..
