I’m doing all 3 workouts along with the calves workout and one of your ab workouts everday! just because I really want to slim down my calves and the abs are kind of a weak spot for me and I want to get better at doing ab workouts.

Sanne…I’m super disappointed with myself, I’m already thin but I want a thigh gap and a flat tummy. I eat really healthy and I’ve been doing 2-4 of your workouts a day on top of dancing and swimming once a week. The problem is that I see no results, nothing has changed. What can I do?

i started this workout plan yesterday and i will do it for the whole month,please remind me to update!
my start weight: 51.3 kg¨
goal weight: 47 kg
thighs: 53 cm
goal thighs: 50 cm
day1: i did this today at night and it was intense! i really felt the burn. Between i did all the three workouts.but i forgot to do the stretch
day 2: 50.6. i felt sore from yesterday, but i did the wotd today 3 times with stretch and I was really sweating, it felt good
day 3: 50.5 i did not lose weight and im a lill upset cause i didnt eat that much yesterday but i think my thighs are thinner. I did the three workouts and my breasts actually seems bigger after the breast lift workout, the workouts wasn´t so hard today. i ate healthy since day 1
day 4: 49,8. my thighs are a bit slimmer, the workouts wasn´t hard at all but the calf one hurt sooo much. I ate only lunch today
day 5: 49,6. my thighs are a bit slimmer, todays workout was soooo hard i was dieing. therefore i did it only twice, also because i felt it was boring cause the excersises were the same. i ate a lot today so i think i might gane some weight tommorow. also a thing ive noticed, i am alot better at saying no to unhealthy foods. and i feel alot more motivated to working out
day 6: 49,7 i am really sick today so i couldnt participate in health class, i did all 3 workouts but felt really exhausted, didn´t do them properly, i really want to reach 48,9 at the end of the week.
day 7: 49,4 and my thighs were slimmer and i woke uo with a "line" in my stomach, u know when u get abs
. i am still sick today, ate good breakfast but then i ate unhealthy. stoped myself but then at lunch i ate unhealthy again and ALOt. idk why i binge every weekend it is so frusturating,, tommorow i am going to make some cake for my brother´s birthday at monday so i have to hold myself from overeating. i ended up weighing 50,8 after the food. Did all three workouts today and the back one was soo short but it hurt sooo bad.
Day 8: 49.6 kg im reaaally sick omg. Although i still did all three workouts today.
day 9. 49,8 kg very sick didnt do any workout today also ate alooot
day 10: 50.1 kg did all three workouts.
day 14: 49.7 kg did all three workouts
day 15: 49.0 kg did 2 workouts
day 15: omg 48.8kg! did the third ab workout from yesterday in the morning and the back fat workout today 2 times, my back is so sore rn
day 20: did the workouts, im 48,4 today, new highscore! but i barely ate 800 kcal today and my weight became 49,6kg. im so frustrated

Day1:I did the only inner thing gap workout you need the second is inner thing burner and the second upper leg slimming and slim down inner thing i did the first at 6:00 and the others before i sleep i feel a little bit of pain might be bc i didn’t stretch

Sanne I just want to say thank you I struggled with a eating disorder last year and when I came out of it I finally realised that working out can be fun and it doesn’t matter about loosing weight but making yourself happy. It’s just sad that I put myself through pain when there was better and more fun way to feel good about your body. So thank you for helping me realise that ❤️
