Stop doing these dumb as diets you're going to crash eventually and gain it all back. Theres no short cut people. Unless you can afford surgery.
Edit: Please do some research for your own health and long term weight loss. You can do it. This just isn't the way.

I have a tip if you’re trying to lose weight then you should eat lunch and dinner but make sure your lunch is a little bit smaller than usual and only eat two snacks every day trust me I’ve lost 5 pounds in a week it works

I’m 16: I started at 244lbs and I did 26 days. First three days I lost 4lbs. After a week I lost around 8. I’m at 197. I’m safe with it. I only drink water and green tea when I get hungry. I’ve struggled with losing weight and getting extra stretch marks etc. I always thought it’s impossible for me to lose weight but I’m doing great. After the first week you’ll see the difference in your face instantly, double chin goes away and your skin clears. I love this 🙂 I’m shooting for 40 days. My goals 150lbs
