It's July 12th, 2020. I would like to lose a good portion of body fat by October 12th, 2020. My challenge on top will be to not look at the scale at all even when I see myself losing the weight, I will not do regular "ab checks" and I will shift my focus to the goal of releasing all of those endorphins I feel from exercising! I don't care about being buff, I just want to feel that charged feeling from moving my body every day.

Have been in heavy weight since forever. My heaviest was probably 210-214lbs and i just got up one day and started exercising. I started changing my lifestyle last week of March 2020 and I’m now 173lbs and my goal is 140lbs. But my weight fluctuates😞 but I won’t try giving up! 💪🏻

I started at 150 and I’m now around 133. 1 like=a day of eating healthy and working out. I’ve just begun my journey and I hope to continue-because I deserve to look and feel my best. I love myself enough to skip McDonald’s and to workout for 13 minutes instead of sitting down and watching TV. ❤️ here’s to 2020.

Wow, what a positive, gentle, mature approach to loving yourself to health!! I was really struck by the need to find "my why" beyond weightloss! Cause that is all it is for me which is consuming and continually disappointing!! I am rather health conscious but this weight… The time you took to reflect, to decide to love YOU above your body shape is inspiring! Thank you for sharing and God's blessings on you!❤❤
