Hmm lifesum, only seen people use it to make their eating disorder «easier» to continue having 🥴 it is a tool for weight loss (which isn’t always healthy for you!) if used incorrectly.

I've experienced the same thing too. It was emotionally draining. I'd starve myself, maybe eating like two sandwiches a day. Sometimes, nothing. I lost over 10kg in a span of 5 months. I'd cry every time I ate a snack and I was very depressed at that time. It's been exactly about a year now that I've stopped doing it and I'm so much happier.

I think lifesum is a really bad endorsement for this video. It is a HUGE no no for most people with an eating disorder, especially if they have issues with counting calories and obsessing over them. 🙁

Guys, losing weight does not have to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Custokebon Secrets. Seriously, that diet plan has changed my life. I probably should not even be mentioning it because I don't want a bunch of other guys out there running the same "game" but whatever, I'm in a great mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.
