SIMPLY tying her shoelaces or walking up a flight of stairs used to leave Catherine struggling for breath. At her heaviest, the childminder from Oklahoma City, weighed 420lbs, wearing a size 6xl pant size. Being treated for numerous medical issues including polycystic ovaries, immune disorders, high blood pressure and diabetes, doctors repeatedly warned Catherine she was putting her life at risk if she didn’t lose weight. Only after multiple warnings and doctors’ insistence that she needed to have a gastric bypass did Catherine discover within herself the reserves needed to lose 260lbs entirely naturally. But Catherine’s weight loss journey is far from over – now awaiting skin removal surgery to remove the estimated 20lbs of excess skin from her body, health complications have meant she has had to delay having the surgery while her body heals from invasive vein removal procedures.

This video has changed my life. I started just a little over a month ago. It took me a week to make it from start to finish in 1 session. I would start from the beginning every morning and ever night. I got inspired and changed my diet. By week two, I was able to do the full video twice a day. I went from 126 to 111 lbs. I am healthier and stronger than I have ever been at 33 years old. I have friends coming over to share the video and start their journey too. I can touch my toes and I am beginning to see definition in my arms and abs. Thank you Adrienne, for making me a healthier mom, wife, and dental hygienist.

In regards to this video, let me just say that I’m someone who is able to lift 100+ pound weights (in terms of leg presses, squats and hip thrusts) and this challenged my whole core, legs, and arms. I’ve never felt this challenged in my life. I’m only 21 minutes in and SO feel like giving up, but I’m gonna continue. This is so hard. Her breathing and continuous talking is a bit too distracting for me to actually enjoy the practice, but I’m gonna see how I feel after I’m done. 🙂

First time doing this video. I did it from start to finish and I feel amazing! There was one moment my legs were all shaky but I took a lot of breaths and I supported the pose. I will continue doing this.

After having tried the video about 4-5 times, today was the first time I managed to complete it!! I am so proud I didn't give up! Have been working out at home using a variety of videos for the past 3 years, but this one was really hard to follow. We are used to multitasking even while we are working out (watching other videos, checking our phone etc.), but doing yoga with Andriene is really teaching me to be in the moment and focus on what I am doing. Thank you so much Andriene! I am so lucky to have discovered you! Lots of love from Greece! 🙂

Oh My God. I never imagined yoga would be this challenging for me. Phew 😅. I got in thinking oh yeah this’ll be fun ! Don’t get me wrong it was great but I couldn’t complete it in one go ! 23:43 and I’m out. Haha I’m 16, and I’m overweight by 11 kgs last I checked. I will definitely come back to this tomorrow. I can’t wait to get to the end and think, that was so damn fun ❤️ thank you so much for pushing me and everyone else to do better Adriene !

Does anyone else feel a burn in the tops of the thighs as opposed to the core during the beginning/end poses where we have our legs raised and shins parallel to the ceiling?
If so, what could be the reason? Adrienne says we should be feeling it in the core?

Amazing! Personally if I was told I had to wait to have my legs done, I'd have said fine, I'll deal with that later, but do my arms and tummy NOW. I think SOME improvement would have made her feel better. sure it would cost more, but I'd have done it like that, for my mental sanity.

I`ve been making use of this specific “Kοnοnοz yyd” (Search on Google) for Five weeks, and have lost about 10 pounds, and three inches from the waistline. It supplies me the energy i should have together with shedding more weight then any of the others. .

While she has put in so much hard work and she should be proud… The amount of times she mentioned how she lost the weight naturally without surgery, made it seem like surgery is the easy way out. As a recipient of the sleeve gastrectomy, I can promise that surgery is NOT the easy way out either. You deal with the same things mentally, emotionally and physically. You have to work hard physically with your body and retrain yourself mentally and emotionally not to turn to food. Surgery is not a fix all, it's a tool just like going to the gym…except you still have to go to the gym and change your diet and eating habits because the hunger is still there….The ONLY thing the surgery does is make you eat smaller portions for a temporary period of time and stop to think about what you're putting into your body before you do it. You can overeat with the surgery, you can still make bad choices, you can gain weight back or fail the surgery. So to hear people say they did it the natural way, like it's better, makes me angry because I've put in just as much work as someone who does it without. I've lost 150lbs. In a year and a half by changing my life with the help of a surgeon, a dietician and a personal trainer.

I am 67 , after losing 30 pounds I have some lose skin but nothing as horrible as that, I consider myself to be very lucky, try from now on not to put on extra weight again!
