Water is absolutely essential to your overall health and can completely make or break your weight loss endeavors. If you’re not drinking enough water, you can basically forget about losing weight. Honestly! This is one thing you MUST get down! Forget the whole “8 glasses of water” deal, you need more than that! I drink at least a gallon of water of day! If you’re someone that has been slacking on your water intake, you’re truly missing out on the benefits of water! Once you replenish your system, you’ll quickly be shedding water weight within the first week!
