Our vegan meal prep for weight loss won’t break the bank and it’s accessible to all levels of cook. We use whatever veg we could get on special and tried o make it as interesting as possible. Diet Plan

Breakfast
Around 25g oats cooked in hot water with half tablespoon ghee.
Mixed seasonal fruits.

Lunch
One cup rice with Rajma dal and green veggies.
100gm curd

Snacks
Moong and channa with gud.

Dinner
Two to three chapati with 50gm soyabeen.
Green veggies.

Before sleep
Half glass turmeric milk.
