Children must be encouraged to exercise and workout everyday because this is a natural part of growing up, and this is how kids become strong and healthy.

Around 25g oats cooked in hot water with half tablespoon ghee.
Mixed seasonal fruits.
Lunch
One cup rice with Rajma dal and green veggies.
100gm curd
Snacks
Moong and channa with gud.
Dinner
Two to three chapati with 50gm soyabeen.
Green veggies.
Before sleep
Half glass turmeric milk.
